What I Did
A complete brand identity built from the ground up for a new program, plus a booth that makes a coatings career feel real and possible. The look is bold and industry-forward, bridging the hands-on trades with the language of tech career platforms.
The Results
The Result: They came. The booth drew an influx of visitors, and many signed up and went straight to coatings.careers, a job board built only for the coatings industry, to search for roles across the lab, the plant, and the boardroom.
